Simi Abe is the founder of Thursday Afternoon. In 2019 she wrote and directed her debut short film, Black Fish which was commissioned by the BBC. Simi has a degree in Creative Writing, loves the colour yellow, orchids and space. Simi started Thursday Afternoon because she loves stories. Strange, surreal, poetic stories that move people.
