In their early twenties, a Brooklyn couple contemplates the ramifications of unprotected sex. Jinho Myung directs “When it comes to the inside of you,” a candid discussion between friends that authentically captures the perspective and foundational knowledge / naivety of four young friends. Dual conversations crosscut the night after a sexual mishap where a young man accidentally cums inside his girlfriend. One side finds the girlfriend conversing with a friend sitting on a basketball court; the other, the boyfriend chats with his friend at work. It's a simple but honest exploration of sex, condom usage, birth control, Plan B, all tackled in complex fashion. Earlier this year we featured Myung’s “The Pressure of Sweetness” and here he continues to establish himself as an incisive voice able to capture highly realistic chatter within private modes of expression. -KA. Director, writer, editor: Jinho Myung. Camera: Will Scott, Steven Zambon. Cast: Zach Galsky, Alexis Gil, Luis Figueroa Caunedo, Emily Partida.
