Cole goes on a trip to work on a novel. Then he comes back. Eschewing the comic underpinnings of his previous work, Kentucker Audley's "Holy Land" veers into experimental territory pointing at a new darkness and subtle nihilism while following the exploits of an antagonistic young Memphis musician turned novelist. The film is notable for its complete absence of plot, a dedication to stasis, and a subversive structure. Directed by Kentucker Audley. Starring Cole Weintraub.
