Jeremiah tries to console Kevin after a bad day. “I am hungry,” directed by Jeremiah Durian-Williams and Kevin Fielding, is a break-up film that turns sharply into the realm of absurdist comedy. Over a montage of Kevin going about his normal morning, a voicemail delivers the news that his girlfriend, Emily, has decided to call it quits. As she sees it, he has no passion for life, and he’s not hungry for her. Distraught, Kevin seeks comfort in food. The sketch-like film delivers endearingly disheveled stoner comedy with effective lo-fi execution. -KA. Director: Jeremiah Durian-Williams, Kevin Fielding. Cast: Jeremiah Durian-Williams, Kevin Fielding, Emily Winberry, Clev Dominguez.
